I had to be reallocated to another hotel, and it was good customer service by them too!

Schnee in birmingham

Two night stay
Small pod for bedroom as per description. Glass door to bathroom so very little privacy when 2 in room. Staff friendly and helpful and clean room. Great location for ICC, Birmingham Arena and symphony Hall. Great for busy two night stay but wouldn't be so good if longer or staying a great deal of time at hotel.

Leaky, No rooms, booking changed without approval!
Turned up to be told there was a leak and no rooms available but they'd try and find me alternative accommodation. No emails received to notify me of the situation prior to travel. After around 30 minutes they eventually found my details on their bookings system. However, the date of stay had been changed without my approval or knowledge. My bookings on hotels.com account still shows as the date I turned up and booked. Unable to get a refund due to hotels.com going through 3rd party (Expedia) and the card details were linked to their online account. Had to find accommodation myself elsewhere, on a cold snowy night (-2 degrees outside).

Comfortable if you’re not planning on spending much time in the room. I was working nearby so was perfect.
First impression of the hotel was very nice..very friendly welcoming staff
Room was small but was fine for us..had everything we needed..i actually liked that we never had a window as it made the room very dark and that helps me sleep
Was in a great location..perfect for Symphony Hall and broad street which we needed to be near..for the price we payed we couldnt fault it ..will deffo stop again x
Whilst I knew this was a micro room on booking it became too cramped even for one person on a 2 night stay. No wardrobe space and fixtures were hanging off the walls. Because there were no windows very musty smell on opening the room which was overpowering. Was willing to experiment on this hotel but felt it does not work. Smell and poor fixture's and fittings disappointing.
It did what we wanted it for , a bed for the night . Small room but we knew that already . Hotel was in a good location and the staff helpful and friendly

Central location
I stayed here for one night whilst attending a conference at the ICC. The location was excellent, with discounted parking at The Mailbox nearby and the ICC a 5 minute walk away.
The room itself was clean and practical, with a decent TV and air con. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night sleep.
I would stay here again
Really impressive reception room but rooms feel small and dated. It felt like a cheap poorly done version of Bloc hotel rooms. Wouldn't stay here again. But was clean and friendly staff.

Less than standard
The hotel staff were nice. But, there were no windows in the room, no basic facilities such as kettle/coffee/tea etc. Also due to no windows, when we entered..the room smelled of pee the whole time, felt quite ill after the night.
Stayed for one night after a night out in Birmingham - conveniently placed and close to Brindley Place/canalside and all the restaurants. Typically £4-£5 uber to most places e.g New Street station, Digbeth, Gay Village, Broad Street etc. Pod-style room so it’s very cosy, but can’t complain for the price and cleanliness of the hotel. Communal living space as you walk in is a really lovely touch - feels homely. Staff are also very accommodating and reserved a room for some friends who were also coming to Birmingham last minute. All round pretty decent - would stay again.

Good value hotel near city centre.
Comfortable bed and very quiet so slept well during my stay. There are no windows and the room smelled a little damp and was rather cold when not in bed. However, the hotel is convenient for work and the town centre, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Overall it's fine for a night's stay for working in Birmingham.
At a discount rate this is a good stay for a night or two.
Perfect for a quick city stay or stop over for meetings. The room was the size of the very comfortable double bed... with an ensuite wet room. I was traveling on for several weeks so had two very large suite cases. The lift, I was told, is only to be used for wheelchair users, so having to carry my own luggage up staircase was not good!! Once in the room the cases filled it. Thank goodness I was traveling alone or two people would not have been able to move in the room with out one being in the shower at any time!
Slept very well.
Comfortable bed.
Close to city.
With discount - (and less luggage) would stay agin for sure!
Last minute visit to Birmingham. Needed something central an inexpensive and this place fit the bill perfectly. Just as described. Only one suggestion.... ask for a second pillow for extra comfort
An affordable hotel which was clean and modern. Was in a convenient location for central Birmingham and new street train station.
The room was rather small and if you have a shower, the whole bathroom ends up being soaked.
The main complaint was how noisy it was, you heard people walking down your corridor and the one above. So overall sleep was interrupted.
To summarise, a good hotel for a night out in Birmingham.
Nitenite is situated next to The Mailbox, The Cube and Broad Street and close to Grand Central. Everything you need for an overnight in the City, always clean, comfy beds and great 24 concierge staff. My room was cold and the heating wasn't working but the staff provided a heater immediately and offered a room change. Very happy.
