Property has no working lifts, this has been the case for a number of months. The rooms need refurbishing, advertised as having dishwasher and coffee machine, neither are in the room. There were 4 sachets of decaf coffee. The washing machine isn’t very safe and in the middle of the washing cycle the door just springs open with the cycle continuing and water and soap still in the machine pouring out on to the floor. Bedding is stained. I stayed here many years ago and the product was great, unfortunately it doesn’t look like anything has been upgraded. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend to anyone, especially if you have luggage or issues climbing stairs as you have to climb a lot of stairs.

The lift was out of action all the time we were there. We were on the 3rd floor which was quite a struggle for my husband. On the plus side. The apartment was very secure. Very clean and very comfortable. Could have done with a few cushions in the lounge. Would have been even better if there were some Marigold gloves for washing up the dishes.

We loved that we were right next to chinatown for amazing food but it was very quiet. We were in walking distance of Utilia Arena Birmingham and it was a gorgeous walk back to our appartment. Parking was easy and safe. There was so much to explore nearby. Great shops and the train station a short walk way. We loved our stay.

The apartment was great, with a well-equipped little kitchen and good areas for sitting. Everything was clean and comfortable. The elevator wasn’t working, which didn’t affect me too much, but anyone with mobility issues or massive luggage might want to check that it has been fixed before booking this place.

The property was okay and clean. We could have done with a few more pots and pans. The oven needs repairing. The lift was broken so that made access difficult. Overall we would stay again when the lifts are fixed.
