Staff friendly and helpful. Very good value for the facilities. A little tired in places but effort has been made to present as well as possible and clean. Restaurant had a good atmosphere and staff provided good friendly service. Sat and relaxed in front of fire after our meal and it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Overall - excellent value. Receptionist most helpful and friendly too.

Looking very tired, room 326 had a tiny electric radiator and Tuesday on arrival was freezing cold and radiator couldnt warm room up. Complained and a portable electrical radiator was provided which helped.
