Hotel ideally situated at Motorway junction so very easy access, however no greenery around it so nowhere relaxing to chill outside after a long journey. The fancier of the building is beginning to look a little run down as the woodwork needs replacing in many areas. However the pool & gym facilities are excellent & staff friendly & helpful, so for this alone I would return.

The staff at this Walsall hotel are very attentive and visiting staying at this place makes it less stressful. The staff are warm and helpful both at reception , resturant and the gym. Love the restaurant staff so down to earth and always polite.

Staff were extremely friendly and the room was big and clean. Disappointed as I was travelling with an elderly person that the lift was out of order and wasn't informed in advance. The staff did their best to help us with this, but had I have known in advance we would have booked elsewhere.

This is such an amazing hotel, with nice size swim pool, sauna, steam room, very large gym, and a jacuzzi. Staff are great, really helpful and attentive both in the hotel restaurant and the gym area.

I have stayed at a Village hotel before in Cheadle and it was great, but this was a disappointing trip. The bedroom was small (even though I was in a club room) but clean and the staff were lovely. However what spoilt this trip was the filthy restaurant. We arrived on Friday and could not find a table to eat without dirty plates still on them. 75% of the tables in this restaurant had not been cleared or cleaned at 5pm. It was disgusting. Then in the morning for breakfast, there was food under the booths from the previous night.The floor had not been swept or mopped properly. Also the lift was not working which made going back and forth to our room, tiring. I was really disappointed with the dirtiness of the restaurant and would want a cleaner hotel next time. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Staff were amazing . Arrived late at night , alone with my young daughter . They helped me check in and even managed to make a hot chocolate which wasn’t on the menu (using ice cream sauce and hot milk) . They made the hotel friendly and relaxing . We will be back .
