Wyndham Hotels, Birmingham hotels

Great except for car park facility

Clean rooms

Everything was great. Breakfast was hearty. The only problem i had was not the hotels fault but i requested for a twin room and they acceded. They assigned the only twin room to me but it was a disabled room. The bathroom shower curtain should be longer and the floor should be sloped better towards the drainage. The bathroom floor was constantly wet as a result. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

I would like to commend the front desk staff member (Young Gentlemen) who checked me in on 19 July 2025 at 1:30 PM. He was courteous, respectful, and provided excellent service, accommodating my request and even allowing me to choose my preferred room. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out — far exceeding the service I’ve experienced at other Crowne Plaza IHG hotels during my travels from London to Birmingham to Glasgow as an Asian guest. A big thumbs up to him for a job...

walkable to bull ring and everything central. Convenient and safe spot to rest. Comes with free breakfast

The apartment is located close to train station with lots of dining options and a beautiful park nearby. The room was clean and spacious.

This hotel is situated in the University of Birmingham. We love the quiet and clean room. The only dinning option is at the hotel bar or restaurant unless you drive out.
