"Nice room, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel map itself is quite confusing. I was lost many times in just one night because I couldn't figure out the way to my room. It has a lot of corners, and some stairs' doors don't open. Additionally, it was very hard to figure out where the lifts are located."

"Comfortable bed, quiet hotel so had a good night’s sleep - the most important thing in a hotel stay. The hotel was close to the train station, shopping and the University. It was a perfect place to stay. Note there is ongoing construction next to the hotel, but we could not hear it in our room. "

"Stayed for an event at hall 5 of the NEC and this is an option which puts you less than a 2minute walk from that venue. It can’t be beaten for convenience in that regard. Rooms are clean and trendy with all the basic amenities you’d expect for the price. Breakfast was great with an array of hot and cold options to hopefully suit all tastes. If there’s any negatives to be had - it’s probably the price. It’s not a cheap stay here - but it’s probably worth the extra for the convenience factor if you’re at the NEC. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Excellent stay, great room, dinner and breakfast very good, evening restaurant staff were excellent. Only downside was there was a draft on my floor and my door was banging back and forth all night. "
