I am very disappointed the way it was. I was not informed that water is not available in the room had to rush down in the middle of the night. The tissues were missing in the room with cobwebs all around. I have been an employee of Ramada prior and expected better standards

Nice, clean room comforts beds. I was unaware if the cost for a taxi to and from the airport which was astronomical, £60!!! I have travelled quite a lot in Europe and North America and there is almost always a shuttle provided.
