When I arrived mid-afternoon, there was new snow and the side walk and entry way had not been shoveled or even sanded or salted. This made it quite slippery. Prompt snow removal should be a top priority for your guests. Many of us have mobility issues and frail bones.

I’m staying at this location almost every weekend this football season and I am very pleased with the cleanliness. Woman at front desk was not very attentive to people she had in line, she should be more aware.
