"I only stayed 1 night., I was cruising out in the morning. Hands down great service!!! From the help with my luggage to getting me around on a free shuttle to acquire all my needs. Friendly and professional. Maria was outstanding and extremely knowledgeable about where I needed to go to stay on task. Clean room and extremely refreshing infused water for guest. TikTok recommended this gem!!! 100/10"

"This is in the downtown area of Long Beach. There is plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The rooftop patio is awesome. I spent a lot of time up there in the comfy couches. The pool and hottub looked well maintained. There is free bottles of water and eucalyptus towels outside of the gym. The room had a fridge, safe and shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the shower. There was liquid soap on the counter which i liked because i hate the typical bar soap in hotel rooms. They had a coffee maker and supplies and if you ran out you could get more at the desk. You have to ask for housekeeping but we never had an issue getting any service. The metro train stopped across the street so if you want to ho into LA you can catch the train. All in all a great place to stay."
