"When we checked in and asked the proprietor if we were getting a "superior sea-view" room, which was specified in our reservation confirmation, she told us that Expedia had paid for only a standard room. She then said she would upgrade us "as a gesture of good will." So I don't know what happened. I had specifically asked for a sea-view room, and there was such a room available. Obviously a breakdown in communications somewhere. "
