"Nice the transfer from airport on the golf buggy. Just follow the hotel signs in the airport. If you have a priority pass and boarding card 2 of the hotels restaurants are included in priority pass (if you have the correct membership). This makes the hotel a very reasonable stay. "

"I canceled my room because my layover was more than 12 hours. I decided to stay outside from the airport. It’s very disappointed that your hotel did not accommodate my change and give me a refund. It is festival season and I’m sure you’re able to rent my room to someone else. I do not think you have satisfactory customer service."

The main problem, however, was the constant noise: there was the humming of the refrigerator, the electrical panel, and every so often a fan that sounded like a helicopter would start up.
