"Beautiful place, friendly staff, the bathroom was amazing, already booked to return. Drinks service was slow but I didn’t really care because I was in no rush. Pool not being included was a shame, so we didn’t use it and it’s €20 am hour for late checkout so we didn’t use that either but it was a really nice place right in the heart of Bilbao"
