"The room was very clean, so was the hotel itself. The staff was friendly. My only disappointment was the pool closing at dark instead of 10pm like most hotels. My friend was in the local hospital so I was there until later evening. The air conditioner in the room was a bit noisy, but overall would stay there again."

"Overall, I had a great stay at Hyatt Place. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and my room was comfortable. The location was convenient, and everything met my expectations. The only downside was the complimentary breakfast. I arrived at the breakfast area around **9:30 a.m.**, and there was very little food available. It would have been nice if the breakfast items had been restocked through the end of the breakfast service so that guests arriving later could still enjoy the full selection. Aside from that, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again."

"Staff were great, room was comfortable and clean. Hotel was kepot clean and nicely neat. Housekeeping, however, may take forever; one night the knocked on our door at around 7.30 pm to clean the room. Way too late! We were almost ready to go to sleep. We had to request extra towels for the following day and just wait until the next day to have the room cleaned. Another thing I would fix is...you don't get complimentary water except for the first day! We stayed for 5 nights and had to buy our water, which was $4 each bottle! We ended up getting two galos from Walmart at the price of one single bottle. The funny part is that we could get free coffee or lemonade from the lobby every day, which is more expensive than water! Nice hotel, extremely quiet and conveniently located across the Convention Center. I would definitely stay again, but next time I'll bring my own water."
