"Parking was secure. Staff were fantastic. Our room was clean, comfortable and lovely with a great view of the Bay. "

"Some of the staff was a little condescending but most of the gentlemen were excellent . We did have a roach crawl infront of us while we were getting ready in the restroom and it put us a little on edge but that was only once. The room was nice and there were a little bit of stains in the blankets but they were facing away from us so we didn’t mind too much to ask for a switch. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and a beautiful view of San Francisco. I excused most of these since if you are on vacation you’re not supposed to be in the hotel as much but we just wish it felt and looked a little cleaner. "

"Hotel was located in a very good and safe area. It was easy to walk or get a cab to go anywhere you wanted. It was priced very reasonable."

"Unfortunately we did not get a good nights rest. The sound barrier between rooms are super poor! The people above us kept us up all damn night. We could hear every foot steps taken and a bunch of other loud noises. We had to keep the tv and fan on to try to block the noises but that did not work. The rooms were ok cleanliness wise but could be better as far as updating the paint on the Walls and doors."

"What a beautiful little garden gem near the Palace of Fine Arts! Older motel that has been cleaned and upgraded without losing the vintage charm. Staff was very warm, welcoming and fun! Small room in a garage apartment setting that was simply charming and delightful. The gardens were beautiful and lush and well cared for. Parking is rough for larger modern cars and was a challenge to get in and out of but come on, it was parking in San Francisco! Convenient and close to coffee houses, restaurants, and grocery stores. Great value for the dollars spent! Would come back here in a heartbeat!"

"It was a good motel for the price.everything was nearby. No microwave, no plug for bathtub,No parking spots available. I had to circle the area for a hour to finally find a spot 4 blocks away .it was my daughters prom out of our hometown so it made things very difficult. All around it was a clean,safe place I would stay again just no amenities or parking"

"Definitely somewhere you book for the price above all else, but we were happy enough with it! Decent breakfast, the only real negative was that one of the building’s two elevators went out during our stay but that’s nobody’s fault. Made it tricky to get up and down to the top floor. Nice view from the room as well."
