Staff were great, friendly, helpful & informative. Location was good & about 10 mins from most of the places of interest. Room was clean but very small. Bed was very hard with only one pillow each which were also hard.

Very central location, easy to drop in and out throughout the day between sight seeing and shopping. Extra large and very comfortable beds. Staff were all very friendly. We really liked the coffee shop in reception.

The temperature control was very confusing with no instructions. The bed linen was confusing to us and made for sleeplessness until we asked for a sheet and extr piloows. Also unfamiliar with shower controls. But once figures out was great. No phone to desk in room.unable to contact.front desk other than going back down to the lobby

The only thing that stood out about this property was the shower — great two-piece fixture with strong pressure and consistent temperature. Note well: parking is only free if you book direct. At check in they told me is was €20. At checkout they said, “oh and you get our discount for parking,” which was the exact opposite of true. I got the Expedia surcharge. The rooms are blah. The TV reception is poor, often getting blurry/grainy. There’s no AC / ventilation, and the windows have a small opening. In the heat of summer, it is hot and stuffy inside. The crowd is totally business travelers. If you’re coming to Dublin on holiday, spend a little more to book a comfortable spot with a better vibe.
