Staff were happy to accommodate this but we had to ask as the cleaning staff just acted like the room was fine. No hot water on the last day. Quiet and out of the way but obviously has both some teething and ongoing maintenance issues. These things ruined our stay there."

"The resort is authentic Asian atmosphere and the amenities are great. Staff is so friendly and you always met with a smile. Checking in and out was very smooth. Room bit small for a family of 4 no good idea to have one room. Room has dump smell which was very powerful."

"We loved our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The food in the restaurant and cafe was amazing however the seafood bbq was not great. The food was not cooked well and my daughter fell ill from it. Other than that everything was amazing! The kids loved the pool and slides, the pool party, the live band was amazing and we loved the vibes of the bar, restaurant and cafe! We would definitely stay again!"
