"Room was clean but furniture, color scheme, blinds, etc are outdated. Pull out sofa was NOT comfy at all. Bed was very firm and lumpy. Pools and hot tubs were amazing. Food was amazing. Just gotta take care of the carpenter bee problem but once the sun goes down the bees go away and it’s enjoyable outside again. Staff was super friendly. Lovely to chat with. Super friendly to my kiddo."

"Whole place needs a deep clean. Bath had pink slime mold in the tub surround, kitchen insinkerator was smelly and musty, shower curtain smelled musty, carpets need to be vacuumed and cleaned, kitchen exhaust fan blows oil and dusty that’s stuck to the walls, smashed bugs on the wall, lots of spiders!, and the furniture wasn’t clean, new, nor comfortable. Staff is amazing! Pool is decent except for a birthday party of lots of loud young girls, breakfast isn’t bad but not much of a choice and coffee isn’t good. Laundry room is nice but machines are very dirty and moldy smelling also. Stayed a few times; some rooms are better than others."

"Everything was great until the last morning. Breakfast had little to no food. The staff were trying there were 2-3 buses with a lot of young people on who were taking up all the seats eating everything in sight or making a mess of the breakfast area. They were very rude. If I was that hotel I would not allow that company to book rooms there again. "

"The property was very clean and the rooms were well taken care of. I booked a total of 3 rooms for myself and family and each room was immaculate. There was a mini fridge and microwave which is nice for a long stay. The bathroom was spacious and the water pressure was great. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was delicious. We did not eat lunch or dinner at the restaurant on site but I feel it is important to note that this hotel has a restaurant. The hotel is just a short drive to many restaurants and shopping. There is plenty of parking on site and the staff was very helpful and friendly."

"The room looked clean but the towels had stained the room smell like it hasn't been clean in a while, it had a window that didn't locked. Breakfast wasn't that great either. It’s only good for quick stayed."
