"Very welcoming and friendly staff. Our room was a newly refurbished one on the 5th floor. Very clean and fresh looking, if a little sparse. No tea and coffee making facilities. Good shower although water pressure not great. Easy parking in on-site car park £10 for 24 hours. Good location. Didn't have breakfast. Would stay here again"

"The hotel itself was nice, and the rooms were comfortable. However, when we arrived around 5 PM, we were told that the spa was already closed and would only reopen at 10 AM the next day. We also found it very odd that, despite staying at the hotel, guests still had to pay £15 for just 2 hours of spa access. Overall, while the hotel looked good, the extra charges and limited spa availability made the experience disappointing. In my opinion, it was not worth the money we paid to stay there."

"It's not perfect but has bags of character and is more than just an ordinary hotel. Staff were helpful and breakfast was great. Plenty of parking and a great place, highly recommend."

"Nice hotel next to the station really good for getting too Birmingham moor street, 10 minutes tops. Nice breaky. Only issue I had water ran out on my shower so I had limited water and no hot water. I had the small room 101. I think it's on a smaller water tank. "

"you enter through a moody bar. they then will take a £50 deposit ( not a hold ) and then refund to an account after you check out very odd. The room needed painting as there were marks everywhere, floor needed hoovering properly as there was long black hair everywhere (it stuck to my socks) bed needed a new mattress and bathroom had black mould. I felt very unsafe. when you leave you leave your keys in a basket on the way out, which was concerning. I took a video of the room just in case I didn't get the £50, I did get it back the following day without problem."

"Super clean and cozy little apartment. Host will be in touch via email directly to provide support. Very homely and well decorated. Had a nice stay for a work trip handy for access to the NEC. Hallway bathroom could do with a shower instead of bath if there was to be 4 people staying, but the en suite bedroom has a nice shower to use. Would be great for longer stays as it has a washing machine and drying rack, meaning you can really be at home and keep your clothes fresh for the whole trip."
