"Property was extremely clean, and safe. We were given complimentary breakfast, for a planned hydro outage that was advised to us upon check in. Breakfast had lots of quality food to choose from. "

"Unable to use tub due to extreme mold and rust. Any attention brought to this resulted in gaslighting, while other guests were refunded for the same issue? Marriot should be ashamed. Its worth mentioning that it was impossible to get someone to attend to the room for service, and the elevator is on its last legs. The doors often opened while misaligned with the floor, which was terrifying."

"Location was great! Our room was good. My husband has mobility issues so getting in and out of the shower was difficult for him. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only real issues were getting into the hotel from Hwy 24 proved difficult with traffic, and though the bartender was pleasant, chicken tenders were way overcooked and the Brussel sprouts that came with the tender brisket, were hard as rock and could not even be cut with the steak knife. Potato soup was yummy though. So we rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. "

"Not the greatest welcome and check in. The manager could t quite figure out what should have been a simple request - we asked for a larger suite as none was available to book on their website. But it got worse when we checked into our rooms. Awful hygiene. VERY Dated facilities - stained tiles and grout, stained carpets. Gym equipment looks like it’s from the 80s and pool / spa were so dated and unhygienic. Photos are incredibly deceptive. Saving grace was the food and staff which was surprisingly good and the male waiter was exceptional. Cleaners need training btw. Same dirty cloth used to wipe toilets was used on the room surfaces!!! And NO gloves. UNHYGIENIC"
