"Fantastic courtyard and pool, and really eclectic restaurant and dining area. Great spot close to restaurants and walking distance from The City of Arts and Sciences complex."

"The hotel was really convenient for the city of arts and sciences and also for a couple of malls and restaurants. It is about a 15minute drive from the historic centre."
"Las Arenas is a beautiful property on the beach. The breakfast buffet was of high quality, the rooms were of good size and spotlessly clean, the staff were all friendly and kind. The concierge had great restaurant recommendations. The swimming pools were clean and large. Our only complaint is that at this price point a guest should not have to feel stressed about finding a seat by the pool. There is a rule that you can’t save seats for more than an hour but there really isn’t an easy way to enforce this. I am not sure how they can remedy this but they need a lot more seating by the pool. But I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was so beautiful, and well maintained. I highly recommend it. "
"It aint worth it. They dont know what means to run a hotel, they dont know how to speak with customer, they always give attitude, arrogant, avoid at all cost! Bathroom its full of damp! "
"The hotel room we stayed at was very nice and we had enough room for our family. However, the WiFi was on the slower side, and the hair dryer did not work. In spite of this, I would highly rate this hotel."
"Booked last minute when we missed our flight to somewhere else. The hotel was surer cute, the decor was on point, the breakfast choices were amazing for being included in the price of the room, and Ana at the front desk was an absolute gem. It's close to the beach, shops, and lots of restaurants in walking distance. Would highly recommend. "
"The property itself isn’t bad considering is a very old building, everything was clean and we liked that, however the musty smell coming out from the kitchen’s faucet was really bad!! Contaminated the whole apartment plus the humidity is not a good match, the a/c (split) it doesn’t help at all, I think it needs a new filter or at least some repair because after we turned on I started sneezing like crazy… Overall is not that bad if you planned stay for a day (like we did) but for longer than that I’m not sure if you gonna enjoy your stay, without mention there’s not elevator and the stairs are really dark.
Good thing you have a very close parking spot just crossing the street at the arenas hotel and the view from the balcony to the beach is really nice we loved that "
