"The area is quiet. Our bedroom is clean. Refreshments is always available, you just need to ask the receptionist. Special mention to Hash and Mariam who has been very supportive in our stay, from giving us directions about the area and which app to use for booking transports. They are very accommodating. "The first thing that stood out to me was the employees at the front desk. They were very, very good at their job jobs. Very kind very helpful and informative. As we are not from Italy, we are from America and needed guidance in a lot of areas. they were very helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and tidy and comfortable, and the hotel itself was beautifully designed location is great close by restaurants and coffee shops in an excellent workout/gym facility. Also a hair salon close by and ample parking. "
