"When we checked in our room was dirty with no staff to help. Wrong room was provided after 45min of confirming 2 weeks prior. Roof was leaking. Floor was sticky. Pool was out of order. Weight room is out the 70’s. Not worth staying"
Eastland Suites Hotel & Conference Ctr, Trademark by Wyndham
2/10 Terrible
"A bad storm hit and left the hotel without power. It must have only affected the hotel because power was on all around us. There was no backup emergency generator, no guest communication, the employees locked up the lobby and left. I require medical cpap and was forced to leave and drive home which was a 4 hr trip in severe weather. Not having an emergency guest plan and locking up the lobby and leaving was very unprofessional."
"Not the hotels fault...
Major storm came thru late evening and took down trees, fences, and the HVAC on the roof of the hotel, which then somehow ripped a gas line.
Near 11:30pm, maintenance pounded on the door telling us to vacate our room and meet in the lobby.
After we managed to find our way down stairs (no assistance) and waiting 20-30 minutes for some information, we were told that all was clear and we could return to our room... No power, heat, AC.
Power was restored around 8:00am, but no hot water.
Eventful night and a story to tell."
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington-Normal Airport, IL
4/10 Poor
"The room appeared clean and was comfortable. What we didn't enjoy was the construction on the whole side of the building that started at 7am. By 8am the noise level was horrible and the rest of my party was woken up to singing "Hi ho, hi ho, it's off to work I go". While I appreciate the enthusiasm the worker had, it does not fare well for a restful stay. They should note on the website that the building was undergoing a huge overhaul and maybe offer to put people on the opposite side of the building only."

10/10 Excellent
"Great value for the money. Probably the best, low cost, hotels I have ever stayed in. Don't get me wrong, this is not the Plaza, but for the price i would definitely stay here again. Solid breakfast options and very quiet location. Convenient to the interstate and food options."
