We are sorry that the noise from the surrounding parties during the eclipse was a disturbance. We filed a noise complaint with the police department although we cannot control their response time or what happens on private property nearby. We do make different breakfasts from scratch each day, so perhaps the options for that day were not compatible with your tastes but another day could be more to your liking. We also set our rates to be competitive among the rates being posted by all lodging options in the area. During big events it is typical for rates to increase substantially in accordance with increased demand. We hope you can join us again during a time of lower demand so you can see that visits here are usually quieter and more affordable.

Your room was changed and upgraded from a queen bed room to a king at no additional charge to you, which put you in the room with the malfunctioning tv. Given that you stayed with us for just one night, we did not have time to replace the wall mounted tv in your room. We could have moved you to a different room but you declined that solution. It is also a shame that you did not enjoy our breakfast. Everyone's tastes are different, but the majority of our guests give our breakfasts high praise. Since we prepare a different breakfast every day from scratch, perhaps we would have one more to your liking should you join us again.
