"It's a beautiful property, and the breakfast is great! Very convenient location for walking downtown, although there are some party houses nearby which can occasionally be loud, but I never had trouble sleeping. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be looking to stay here the next time I visit."

"This is a lovely and comfortable farmhouse turned into a B&B. We had a lovely room with en suite bathroom (claw foot tub with a shower). There is a beautiful parlor and a dining room with self-serve coffee, tea etc, breakfast (baked goods, boiled eggs) and snack foods and refrigerated beverages. "We stayed here during IU’s graduation due to other hotels being $700-800 a night, and would definitely stay here again. I am a diamond member with Marriott but due to price and location chose here. The facility was clean and newly renovated and the staff was very friendly. Walkable to the stadium and a short Uber if we needed it. "
