"Very welcoming personnel"

"The room were as expected and ideal for solo travelers. It is also close to the central station and Tivoli park. They have a paid locker for your luggage. Room is small but enough for 1 person like me, it is clean except for the kettle that was left unwashed. I didn't bother calling staff as I can clean it myself but just be mindful to check it before using it."

"The building for this hotel looks a bit dull from outside - but on the inside, it's amazing - a real oasis in the heart of the city. We had a room with a balcony on the 6th floor, and it was fab to have a sofa and space outside that we could just relax without being in an expensive Danish bar or cafe! The pool is great, and we enjoyed time just relaxing during a city break where you end up walking around a lot, so need some down-time. Breakfast food was very good here too. You can easily walk to different attractions from here - we did Tivoli (about 10 mins) and the Botanic Gardens easily from here. We did also stay near Nyhavn for the other part of our stay, which is slightly closer to all the main tourist areas of Copenhagen, but this is probably only an additional 10-15 minutes walk. "

"Nice hotel in a good location, with excellent sized rooms. However, I saw other reviews stating that the hotel was quiet but this wasn’t my experience - you could hear a lot of other residents as well as some train noise. This wasn’t too bothersome, but if you want somewhere really silent then this might impact you."
