"Everything about our stay was excellent except checkin. We arrived at 10:30 pm and found a note on the locked front lobby door that the office was closed. We did not know when we made the reservation that the office was scheduled to close at 11:00 pm, but even so, it was closed at 10:30. We had to call the posted emergency number and wait for someone to get our room. Everything else was exceptionally nice!"

"I would like to give a special thanks to Erin who works in reservations at the front desk for making mine and my girlfriend's first experience at the hotel Rock lititz a very memorable special excellent stay. She worked with me in the florist that I had flowers delivered to the hotel to make it a special moment for my girlfriend who is totally moved and emotionally overcome with everything from check-in to delivering the flowers to my room. I live in Maryland and she lives in lititz so I had to do the flowers at their local flower shop delivered not knowing exactly how things were going to be when I walked into the room. I was truly impressed with how well working with the florist and Erin. Through the emails and through the phone calls. The room was very clean the restaurant bar experience was exceptional. The food at the restaurant in the staff were extremely courteous friendly and outgoing. We will definitely be back there as they say first impressions have long lasting memories. Thanks again to Erin in the florist that delivered the flowers."

"The telephone did not work in the room. The room wasn’t cleaned at any time. A number of request for towels were made, and we were told they’d be sent, but never were."

"Very nice stay for an older property. Breakfast had a lot of options. It was surprisingly clean for being out of date. Staff was friendly. Rooms very quiet and bed was comfortable. "

"Pool wasn’t clean. Everyone was walking with street shoes in the pool area. The most terrible part was the breakfast. Completely unhealthy. You could also go for some fast food at a grocery. Really bad. On one day I tried to get help, they were on their room but didn’t opened. Pool and included breakfast was driving my decision to book there. Never again."
