"Modern clean and we loved the fire place that dried clothes quickly from the washing machine in the cabin. We wished we’d had some tongs for food prep, however everything else was there that we needed for cooking. Great size fridge but a small dishwasher which is understandable and needs to be stacked back to front. A good walk into town that hugs the lake as you do. TVs in every room. We enjoyed our stay safe and secure. "

The location is excellent, within walking distance of Lake Jindabyne, Woolworths, and a laundromat. We stayed over Christmas, so the area was very quiet and relaxing. "The hotel is an old one that needs some maintenance and updating. Rooms are small and as others have mentioned one can hear complete conversations of your neighbors. On the plus side, the staff were friendly, and helpful, the food was great and it is located within walking distance to the Summit and Main Range trek. It is the only hotel open in the summer season in Charlotte Pass. All in all I would stay again. "
