"Our room was well appointed with modern, comfortable furniture and so far, the most comfortable bed we’ve encountered in our three week stay in Australia. Sarah was immediately welcoming and helpful when we checked in. Taylor thoughtfully provided route guidance that helped us avoid road flooding as we headed north. "We had a great stay at the Val Hotel. The pricing for the rooms is excellent value for money, especially considering how clean and tidy everything was. The room was well-presented, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were fantastic – friendly, helpful, and provided great service from check-in through to departure. It really makes a difference when you feel welcomed. One of the best parts is having the Vale Pub right there. It’s so convenient to be able to walk across for a meal and a drink without having to drive anywhere. The food options are great and it makes the whole stay easy and relaxing. The location is also excellent – close to everything and very convenient whether you’re travelling for work or leisure. Overall, great value, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a perfect location. Would definitely stay again!"
