"There was a dirty towel in the bathroom (countertop) when we first came. "

"The first night we were here there was a dog barking in the next room over,the tv listing only showed the limited channels available and not a guide to view the tv shows which seemed like an old cable channel set up. The first night there what sounded like people roller skating above us which lasted until when I last checked the clock was 11:00. The breakfast which listed waffles did not have them until I checked out on Saturday morning and they were pre made little squares with only whipped cream topping ( which was not in a cooling or ice container to keep it food safe of under 41 degree) Limited choice of food . I was booked to stay here until March 2nd but I decided that when I saw that Residence Inn by Marriott was around the corner I checked out on Saturday morning.February 28th and parking was limited and at the back of the parking lot was barely lit and that was where I had to park during my limited stay there. Terrible experience and I booked through Expedia so I can’t get my remaining 2 nights that I paid for the stay at the Hyatt but I was willing to give up that loss at this point. I booked through Expedia to stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott . "

"I made the mistake of checking into the Hyatt in Braintree,Ma and decided to go check into the Residence Inn by Marriott which was practically next door to the Hyatt. The Residence Inn by Marriott had a great selection of breakfast options,so much to choose from including either chocolate or regular Belgian waffles that you can make using one of the three waffle makers available. The room was clean and had a full size refrigerator,stove top,microwave, glassware,plates and silverware. There was also a little area that you can purchase snacks,beverages and even a couple of choices of frozen dinners to choose from. I will definitely be checking in here again the next time that I travel to Massachusetts . "

"The lobby, hallways, parking and all areas we were in were clean and well maintained. The room was clean and updated. The couch was uncomfortable, exactly as every other couch in every comparable hotel. However, the beds were probably the best we’ve ever encountered. Soft and comfortable with plenty of pillows and linens. It was actually too high for me personally, only due to my stature, but once I got in it I was snug as a bug. The breakfast on both mornings we stayed was well supplied and filling. Plenty of coffee, tea and juice beverages and hot egg and meat meal options including pastries, breads, cereals, fruit and yogurts. A large selection of condiments and extras, I can’t imagine anyone would leave hungry. Any staff we interacted with was polite, friendly and professional. One thing that really stood out to me, there was plenty of staff coming in during the morning. This is reassuring to see and corresponds with the cleanliness of the property. I cannot rate the wifi or pool area as we did not use either. We are already planning a summer visit to the Boston area and will definitely be staying here. "

"The shower had a handheld shower head. The silver piping was broken. Water everywhere. No one to fix it. Wrapped it in a towel and plastic bag- just to take showers. Told 2 front office people to make sure "
