"Vertical Lodge is conveniently located near the main area in El Chalten and provides easy walking access to anywhere needed in town and to hiking trails. The room was very clean and spacious with nice and updated bathrooms. The staff is extremely kind and the breakfast that is provided is perfect before a long day of hiking. Highly recommend!"

"The staff was extremely helpful and attentive! From helping us to plan our hikes, filling our water bottles for free, or supplying more tea and sugar for our room, to offering a packed dry breakfast to take with us at dawn since we left before sunrise. The hotel itself seemed like the nicest option in the area and it was clean and comfortable. But what stood out most was how wonderful each and every staff member was. Breakfast is held in a beautiful dining area upstairs with a fantastic view of the the mountains. The medialunas are some of the most delicious I have ever eaten! Lots of nice little details at this hotel such as free hand cream at the desk which were appreciated by us. I don't think there is a better or nicer option in El Chalten, we would stay here again if returning!"
