"The house was dirty when I went there, the bed was a mess people was already sleeping in the room, the bathroom was filthy could even bathe in there nutty rags in the bathroom and the tub was dirty, I was offered another room that was a little better, I pulled up to the house to take my kids out the cat and to take out the bags and in less than 15 min someone towed my car, while it was still on key still in the car flashers on and everything, don’t even think of just pulling up just go park and...

"10 out of 10 would not recomend. Looks terrible on the out side. When we went in our room and moved the chair roaches ran out from under it. "

"I left briefly after I arrived because there was people there & she did not try to work with me it was very frustrating while trying to get in contact with her she kept picking up & hanging up on my face even multiple attempts of Expedia contacting her I didn’t want a full refund because I understand her policy but she didn’t try to work with me for a solution. "

"Walked into an amazing 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms suite. Everything was clean, and so spacious, but that’s not all, the 24 outdoor pool and hot tub was such a perk! Checking in was super easy and fast, and the staff (and security) on property are so friendly and helpful. This resort is a hidden treasure my family gives it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ this is our second time staying here in 3 months!!!! We will be back 😃 "
