"Sipha and John are excellent hosts, Katoomba Manor is luxury away from the stress of the city. The total atmosphere is warm and relaxing and the hosts are gracious friendly and very accommodating. The cooked breakfast is delicious and filling. We have no problems recommending a weekend stay here and will return again in the near future. 5 stars......."

"Rustic Spirit is a magical place to unplug and slip into the tranquility of this property. The privacy of the chalet, the spa and the outlook make this place something special. The daily breakfast that is included was amazing especially the Rosti! The hosts are lovely and we’re a great source of local information and the on-site massage was amazing This place is a must if you looking for a bush-mountain experience without all the hustle and bustle of Katoomba. "

"We stayed here 2 nights while doing the Grand Cliff Top Walk. It was excellent, with spacious rooms, comfortable bed, clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good, too, with all we needed to fuel us for our days’ walks. The staff there and in reception were lovely and very friendly and welcoming. 5 minute drive into Leura town centre. Would definitely stay here again. "

"From check in to check out, the service at HM was impeccable. The Front desk team, particularly Marcus and his phenomenal knowledge of HM's history, was incredibly educational and entertaining. Thanks to Marcus and his knowledge, we learnt so much about the history of HM and it made our experience so much more endearing. Every team member assisted us with our enquiries regardless of their allocated/designated work areas (Theresa!) and the rooms and facilities are sinply breathtaking. Thank you Marcus and the entire HM team for making our stay so much more memorable and one we will never forget. We will be back very soon and look forward to creating so many more fond memories here. An absolute 10/10. Thank you!!!!"
