"LIGHT SHUT DOWN ALOT OF TIMES COFFEE MACHINE WAS NOT CLEAN AND SPECIALLY SOFA ALOT OF DUST"

"One star, and I wish I could give less. From check-in onward, the front desk staff were stone-faced, monosyllabic, and visibly stressed — not a single welcoming word. My reservation included breakfast, yet at check-in the front desk neither handed me a breakfast coupon nor mentioned that one was required. When I asked about it the next morning, instead of a simple apology, the agent flipped the situation around and blamed me for not asking for the coupon at check-in. That is not customer service — that is gaslighting a paying guest. To top it off, the hotel charges $5 to store a single piece of luggage. Really? There is a card in the lobby proudly declaring “8 is the new 0.” The service I received does not come close to honoring that promise. They should take a hard look at what’s happening at this property."

"The property was fine. Basic. The room amenities were missing. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee. There were no laundry bags to use though there was a form to fill out if the guest wanted to have laundry done. There was used bedding on the floor in the hallway in front of several rooms (but no housekeeping cart in sight)"

"The one objection I have is the pet fee. It seems rather high as we left nothing for staff to have clean up because of our pet. It seems that having a credit card on file for pet damages would be fairer and reduce the actual pet fee to $25.00. Other than that, it was a great stay. I've already recommended Tru to two other people. Breakfast was great."
