"Great, quiet location"

"There was food in the dresser drawer when we arrived. There was food or some substance floating around in the pool. The floor in the pool area was filthy. I left my hair diffuser in the room and got zero response after going there to ask about it and calling several times. The furniture in the room was beat. Was terrible for what we expected of a Hilton hotel. We left after the first night and finished out our stay elsewhere "

"Hot breakfast daily. Renovated rooms are nice. Indoor Pool is nice. Hotel is being renovated and they start EARLY. If I had one complaint, it would be that. They start as early as 7:00 with room construction noise. It got very old during our 5 night stay. Very convenient location. "

"Comfortable hotel with free parking, literally next door to Dolly's Stampede and short drive from Dollywood theme parks. Comfortable bed, clean, spacious. Had indoor and outdoor pools (which we didn't use) but seemed popular with other residents. Breakfast was quite varied and restocked regulalry but the room is small for the number of guests staying, even when outside tables used so expect a queue in high season after 8.30am Would happily stay again if had reason to need accommodation in the area."

"Pool is cold. No mircwave in room. They locked us out of our room 1 day before we was scheduled to leave so they had to redo out arm band's."

"Overall the property is great! Vast space, incredible amenities, and even daily scheduled activities for kids! Buuuuut most of the staff was highly disappointing- beginning at check in. I had completed early check in online and was met by a very rude woman at the counter snapping at me for trying to recheck in- I didn’t realize they had a small table off to the side to pick up my keys from. After getting my welcome packet she told me to go back to the front desk to ensure my room was ready and she snapped another snarky response at me. Move onto to room. It’s as good as it needed to be. Nothing over the top but more than efficient. We attempted a craft. Made it there 10 minutes from the end to be met by two ladies- sitting and chatting with one another and we were told we were too late and could only take the craft back to our room to complete independently. Days later similarly we attempted to do a tie die back pack activity, which cost an additional fee and were told we were too late and could no longer participate. Another day we came to do a craft and my four boys were asked to move from the seats they selected bc that table was “for display only” yet moments later another family arrived and sat with no issue, despite there still being several other tables to have been redirected towards as we had been. We also did gem mining during our stay- and additional $30 for a bag of dirt and when I asked for separate baggies for my four boys I was told no. Also gym was pathetic."

"Some things can be updated, bedding had some questions stains, the shower process was a little messy. "

"Food was great, water Park was closed for 2 of our 3 full days. View was incredible, but room needs some deep cleaning and an update. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, pillows were terrible and sheets were like sandpaper. Worst sleep I've had on vacation."
