"We enjoyed our week-long stay. The staff was friendly, and the property was clean and well maintained. There were a few minor issues: a water leak from the ceiling in the stairwell that looked like it was getting worse during our visit, a safe that didn't work consistently, and TVs with poor sound projection that could use replacing. Otherwise, I can't complain. The bed was comfortable, and the food and views were phenomenal. One tip: book tours and taxis through the front desk, since they use reputable companies, rather than going with someone you meet on the beach. I would highly recommend this resort!"

Every staff in each Department of the Facility smiled ,each moment of the day there...despite the extreme heat , through all the visitors demands and expectations ,and long hours of work. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities and amenities were first class, and the hotel itself is absolutely amazing, with lots of beautiful areas to relax and enjoy, including its own lovely pool. The food was also excellent and really added to the overall experience. We also used the spa services. The massage was fantastic and very relaxing, and I was extremely pleased with that treatment. Unfortunately, the manicure and pedicure were a completely different experience. The quality was well below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this quality, and the finished result was very disappointing. I eventually received a refund, which I appreciated. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with beautiful facilities, great food, a lovely atmosphere, and excellent spa massage services. My only disappointment was the manicure and pedicure, which I hope the hotel will address so that the spa can match the high standard of the rest of the property. I would happily return."
