I was approached by one of the staff she introduced herself as Maroua if I got the name right she asked about my stay I mentioned our disappointment ...

Suite Hotel Casa Diamond
Room was comfortable, good size, clean. Friendly staff, very accommodating. Good food selections. Unfortunately hotel advertises a roof top lounging area and I made my decision based on that - it was closed for construction so that is unacceptable to advertise something that can't be delivered.
