"The staff and breakfast was very nice. The rugs need to be replaced, they are filthy, they need to be cleaned. Gives the room a dirty appearance. DIRTY room rugs!!"

"The room was clean and had a very nice layout. The pool and pool area were clean and well-kept. The hotel had a convenient location. I visited the spa for a just massage and the massage was very overpriced. Be aware that draping (i.e., covering areas of the body not being massaged with a towel/sheet) is not a done at this spa which makes for a chilly experience. I would stay at this hotel again but I would skip the massage."

"The bathroom is not clean. Toilet bowel with stains. Shower head is broken. Very noisy, the tram and car right outside the hotel. Terrible experience."
