"This hotel was great! Good location and breakfast area was kept clean and filled… only downside to this hotel I would say it is not soundproof. Was able to hear the cars outside. besides that hotel was fantastic "

"The Hyatt Regency Casablanca is an absolutely beautiful hotel! The staff was exceptionally helpful and the breakfast was amazing! My only issue was that my bathroom had drain issues both in the shower and the sink which was a minor annoyance and I’m sure could have been repaired quickly if we were staying for a longer visit. The facilities and the hotels location could not have been better. I will absolutely stay at the Hyatt Regency Casablanca on our next visit!"

"Assigned to a room where the AC was broken. Had to report it twice. After second request in person at the front desk a workman showed up who told me it was broken and couldn’t be fixed. Front desk offered top to change my room”the next day”. "

"The rooms are fairly standard in size and furnishings. But the breakfast was rich and delicious. During my stay, I had to ask the receptionist a couple of times for local directions and advice, and each time I received helpful support. Thank you."

"Terrible experience: as soon as we got in we had to use the bathroom and unfortunately we didn't notice there was a big paddle of water due to a leaking water hose connected to the toilet and Guess what happened i slipped and fell on my back with legs split and my knee cut badly with the edge of the sink cabinet.... a small apology was presented however arguing that everything was inspected before arrival then we got switched to a smaller room however no compensation or sincere apology....the stuff had a bad attitude we jad to beg for our basic rights ....bad experience overall...last day of our trip and left with an injury 😠 "
