"I would highly recommend Pillows Boutique Hotel if you don't need to be in the heart of Chiang Mai, and want a luxury hotel for a budget price. The rooms were very nice, very clean, in a quiet area and only 10 minutes or so from central Chiang Mai by car. There was no request too great to ask from the staff - the attentiveness and service were just right. My relentless Grab orders and taxi rides were treated with good humour - there are golf-buggies to chauffeur guests about the place and bring things to your villa.
The villa was perfect - spacious, bright, airy and the perfect blend of modern and traditional. The private pool is just big enough to accommodate lengths and the gym is small but satisfactorily appointed.
