"I would highly recommend Pillows Boutique Hotel if you don't need to be in the heart of Chiang Mai, and want a luxury hotel for a budget price. The rooms were very nice, very clean, in a quiet area and only 10 minutes or so from central Chiang Mai by car. The only negative was having to go outside the hotel to smoke as there was no balcony, but that is a very minor inconvenience. "Thank you Staff of Siripanna! I came Thailand celebrating my birthday. I was greeted upon arrival and well catered for. I spent some time at their spa truly impressed. Thank you for such an amazing experience. The restaurant at the resort had a great variety of both Thai food and American food. Thank you again for such a great experience. Highly recommended! "

"The public areas (eg, driveway, lobby, lifts) and rooms were always clean and tidy. The staff were beyond helpful, both at the front desk, the concierge, and housekeeping. The buffet breakfast was terrific. The decor in the rooms is a bit dated, but the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here. "
