everyone that works at the hotel is very friendly and outgoing. Also very helpful with directions, suggestions for shopping and dining and transportation
Our family suite had a definite wow factor although a perfect score was not given due to a TV with low grade sound and an upstairs toilet that did not flush properly even when maintenance attempted to fix it multiple times.

Very nice guesthouse located in historic Bo-Kaap area and only 2 blocks from the city center (Long Street, etc.). The two hosts were great. Michel was one of the most helpful hosts we had and offered a lot of useful suggestions re places to see, restaurants, etc.
