"A bit of a hidden gem. Had a great stay here. Alberto was very welcoming on check in. Had a secluded feel about the place which was exactly what I was looking for. The apartment itself was very spacious and home like. Short walk from the beach where there were a few beach bars/restaurant. Towards the centre you will find a number of different supermarkets and restaurants. Recommended! "

"Excellent property, service and staff was exceptional. Food was decent. They had a lot of entertainment for guests, shopping for gifts and souvenirs was available. Pools were regularly cleaned, sunloungers were cleaned at the end of the day by staff too. The only issue we had was after multiple phone calls to the spa we were not able to book an appointment because they had no availability for 2 days. The lady on the phone could not understand us and asked us to come to the spa. When we checked...

"Lots of areas for management to improve. We have been sick for almost 2 weeks! Noticed birds eating out of the bread baskets yet staff turn away. Also, smoking is out of hand at this property. People do not follow rules, smoking everywhere including in their rooms and staff do not enforce following designated smoking spaces. It was our first and last time at Riu. "

"The apartment was pretty much in keeping with the photos and the view of the sea from the terrace is exceptional. However the list of services said to be available, we're not or at least, were not mentioned to us. At most we were offered just 2 trips which could be arranged. Although I had paid for the booking in full, in advance and the site advisedesign that this was inclusive of all taxes and fees, I was still required to pay 30 euros for the week (for 2 people ).
