"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn Albany/Western Ave., the room was super clean, the staff was very helpful and the indoor pool area was beautiful! The hotel was also in a great location with many local businesses available and trips to MVP arena and the New York State Museum were easy and less than 15 minutes away. We'll definitely be returning to this location in the future. "

"We stayed here for my nephews hockey tournament and what a pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful. The parking lot was cleared of the snow fall and salted. The front desk staff greeted us with a huge smile when we walked in and was very nice. Our room....AMAZING! Clean, comfortable, spacious. The pool was where we spent our down time. We ordered food and hung out. The staff came and made sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. Snow storm came through that morning and the staff was up and outside cleaning and salting and even helped my husband clean off our car. The Walmart across the highway....TWO STORIES!!!! "
