"I've traveled to a few places in the world, I come to Dominican Republic every month I stay in a lot of hotels or motels this is the worst of all of them... The check in process is horrible. No reception to check in, if you don't get there before 10pm you loose your reservation which is what happened to me. They have no parking just one electric door in a dark scary alley. I had to get a different hotel for the night. You'll lose the money if you come here."

"There is no front desk/reception. This wasn't a problem, but you'll need to call or WhatsApp in advance to get the key code for your room entry. No big deal. Good location, good sized room, strong air conditioning. Very little soundproofing between rooms, so you'll be reliant on the other guests being polite and respectful. Low water pressure. Overall not perfect but fine for the price!"

"My stay at the resort was overall enjoyable, but there were several issues that affected our experience. Room: Our room had a strong odor—similar to a wet towel or even cat urine—that appeared in the late afternoon and lasted through the night. This made it difficult for my wife to sleep on some nights, and it definitely took away from the comfort we expected. Dining: The Italian restaurant was disappointing. It didn’t offer traditional Italian dishes like chicken parm or other classics, which was surprising. Another frustration was that not all restaurants were open consistently. We often had to eat whatever happened to be available, and if we didn’t like the options, our only alternative was to pay out of pocket in Sanctuary Town. For an all‑inclusive resort, that felt unfair. The buffet also wasn’t open late, except on Dominican night, which limited our options even more. Beach & Grounds: The beach wasn’t usable due to heavy seaweed, and the tractor cleaning it ran while guests were trying to relax by the pool. It took away from the atmosphere. Positives: The service at the pool was outstanding. Yeri and Oscar were truly world‑class, and Kaila at the Sun Shop was incredibly kind. The resort itself is beautiful, and the staff in those areas made a big difference in our stay. Thank you."
