"The Red Frog Resort is a beautifully located area. Although it rained for most of the time, the beach and property are amazing. We saw sloths, monkeys and of corse the red frogs throughout our stay. The staff was so nice and made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful experience in Bocas. "

"Brian and his staff provide an amazing vacation experience! This eco-lodge is very small (5 rooms) which allows them to provide very personalized service. You do not need to plan your activities in advance, Brian will ask you over breakfast "what do you feel like doing today?' and whether you want to snorkel, or go to a nearby beach, take a nature walk in jungle or take a kayak out in bay, the staff will help coordinate everything for you. you can also just hang out on the huge porch and relax and read or play games with a lovely view of the bay. The food is amazing with great variety and lots of fresh produce from the area. Several pods of dolphins regularly visit the bay and are fun to view from a kayak or boat. And you can see sloths, monkeys, tree, frogs, rays, and many birds everyday. If you like off the beaten path vacations in a beautiful nature setting then this is your lodge. We highly recommend DBH!"
