"Housekeeping is only provided once every 6 nights. They do not replace coffee pods in the room. We asked for a different room and the front desk informed us that they were fully booked despite the fact that the hotel was nearly empty. Seaweed was a daily issue on the beach. Prices were very high for food and drink however the food at the hotel restaurant was very good. The hotel rooms were outdated. Pools were very small. I would not stay there again."

"Check in was smooth - arrived early but able to use all hotel facilities while waiting for the room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, with good views. Pool was good (separate wading pool for younger kids a nice feature). Staff very helpful in finding loungers. Bonny Moon beach club easily accessible via a short walk and likewise very helpful with lounge chairs. Drinks/food readily available and promptly delivered both pool- and beach-side. Valet parking service excellent."

"Third time staying here and it gets better every time! They recently renovated and the new rooms are really nice! With two little kids, it was nice to have a little kitchen to store and reheat as needed. We arrived 2 hours early and they accommodated us quickly which was very helpful with little kids! The short walk the Westing and having all the restaurants right by us were a huge plus! We can’t wait to go back! "
