"My stay at Finca Ratxo was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the serene beauty of its location tucked away in the mountains, surrounded by lush greenery and the surreal sounds of peacocks in the mountains With only 25 rooms, the hotel offers an intimate and exclusive atmosphere that’s hard to come by. Despite its boutique size, the attention to detail in both service and design is world class. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making every moment feel personalised and special. The food deserves a review of its own, fresh, flavourful, and elegantly presented. Every meal felt like a celebration of local ingredients and Mediterranean flair. Whether it was breakfast on the terrace or dinner, the dining experience was consistently excellent. Finca Ratxo isn't just a hotel it’s a destination in itself. A perfect blend of rustic charm and luxury, set in a uniquely beautiful natural setting. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of my return. We went half board and whilst it wasn't cheap, did provide a lot of value. With the hotel being very rural all meals needed to be at the hotel and as a consequence of half board we spent very little during our stay."

"This is such an extraordinary little hotel. The photos don’t do it injustice. The rooms are gorgeously appointed, the communal spaces look plucked out of an issue of Architectural Digest, and the views from the terrace are perhaps the best in town. The beds were also the best we’ve experienced during our week long Mallorca road trip. My only regret is that we didn’t stay here longer and make Valldemossa our home base!"

"We spent 6 nights here and we’re so glad we did. We got the room with the terrace, which was well-appointed and has an amazing sea view. Breakfast was delicious and Penny and Sebastian were very helpful. We’d definitely stay again. "

"Beautiful agroturismo hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming, continental breakfast was good, amazing views from your room and anywhere on the property grounds, and pool was really nice with panoramic views of the mountains and surrounding lush greenery. Loved the old style look of the main hotel, very traditional. We stayed in their superior room with a terrace that had a lovely view, feel, very spacious, comfy bed and pillows, large bathroom with decent shower. Room had a mini fridge which was needed for any drinks or snacks, since there is no restaurant or food available at the hotel, would advise to bring some food if planning on staying all day at the hotel. Nearest restaurants and supermarkets are roughly 10 to 15mins walk away. There is a bar selling drinks and snacks such as crisps, but nothing more. Bus stop is a 4 min walk from hotel which takes you to main town of Palma, about a 30mins ride and is scheduled to arrive every 30mins to 1.5hrs depending on time of day. Same bus takes you to the beautiful beach and local town in Banyalbufar which is so picturesque with breathtaking views, the bus ride itself has such amazing views, no need to hire any tour buses, just jump on local bus instead for £4 return. The hotel is quite remote so having a car would be advised if comfortable driving on narrow winding roads and looking to explore more of the island. Would certainly recommended if you are looking for a nice peaceful and relaxing stay in an old spanish luxury hotel"
