"Gyor is a beautiful city within a 2 hour drive of Budapest. Definitely worth stopping! This hotel was perfect. The only drawback was that there was not lift which was difficult for my 78 year old mother. We managed and were very impressed with the property, the staff and breakfast the following morning. I would definitely come back to this hotel for a future visit. "

"It was not clear on the booking that this is an Attic room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, always had to be alert not to hit our heads in the ceiling. Asked for an other room but it was all booked."

"Hotel was okay, a little old but it was clean and safe; it needs some TLC. The gentlemen that greets you at the reception was very nice and professional. I read previous reveiws about this location and the reception gentleman must be the person the other reviewers wrote about stating how nice and professional he is. Worth the stay for a low cost."

"We stayed for 6 nights, first night was in an older stuffy, smoky room but the next morning the staff was very helpful and let us change rooms the rest of the stay was pleasant. Staff was always helpful and friendly."

"TRAVELER BEWARE: This apartment is in a slum and had the worst smell I've ever experienced. The harmful odor was repugnant and pervasive. My wife almost puked from the smell. We left after less than a minute. To pick up the key to the apartment you need to drive 15 minutes away to an odd office and can only communicate with the owner via email or Whatsapp. So we had to drive all the way back to drop off the key. "Six of us stayed one night in two suites at Domus Collis as part of a three-week long trip in Hungary visiting family. The hotel is located in the heart of historic Győr. It is in excellent shape both outside and inside. The suites we were in were clean, roomy, comfortable and had a classic beauty with modern touches. Front desk staff was very helpful and always there when we needed them. Breakfast was tasty with a great variety of options. We were impressed with Domus Collis and enjoyed our one-night stay very much! We highly recommend this hotel!"

"What an absolutely delightful surprise. From the outside, a rather normal looking house in a smaller Slovak city, but on the inside, a small but very service minded team, and very large and spacious rooms. Food was exquisite, both dinner in restaurant and the breakfast was made fresh from a breakfast menu, probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in over 10 years. Definitely be coming back here again soon."
