Great pools, tobbogans and nice view on the sea. Nice team. We believe infrastructures needs a bit a refresh as they are a bit old. Food was ok, not good, not bad. This hotel would be a 4 stars in europe, not 5.

The grounds are pretty. Activities were fun, only issue was the food, tasted like plastic, The rooms are small and dirty. Bathrooms were not kept well. The shower head is plastic and the shower door didn’t slide and had to be pulled. I would not stay here again. The hotel is close to the city center which is a plus. I wouldn’t complain if I didn’t have to pay such high prices. We ate outside the whole time. It’s a 2 star at most.

Visited in May was a brilliant resort, the bar was a little loud in the evening till 11:30 and if you have children might be worth staying a bit back from this to keep noise down. Town center was very close and the private pier brilliant . The staff were fantastic really helpful noojan the maid for our room was fantastic made sure the room was perfect every day. Very friendly and polite the shining star among all the great staff. Will be booking again for next year.

Overall the resort is very nice, and worth a visit, a few plus’s and minus as follows: We stayed in the hilltop rooms, a long walk from the facilities including 2 external lifts or multiple stairs, across a road bridge, this became quite tiresome. The room was fitted out as expected with good air conditioning, but the cleaning was sparse and we had to request a better clean at times. The buffet restaurant was excellent with a good range of food that changed daily and helpful staff on hand to assist where needed. The pool cafe was not so good, burgers and chips which appeared to be recycled daily so was not fresh and not much else apart from fruit which was fresh. The bars had a good choice of soft and alcoholic drinks and friendly helpful staff. The pool was great, plenty of loungers with good entertainment for everyone, we were the only English family so only one of the staff spoke good enough English to engage with us but that was fine. The evening entertainment was decent but repeated weekly so if your stay is longer there is nothing new. Overall it was a great holiday and we would recommend the resort but ask to be in the main complex.

If you like all inclusive, family friendly, great location right on the beach and huge pool etc this place is for you. However, the beds are as hard as planks, and the music goes on until 11.30pm. If you book get a room away from the paradiso cafe, so you can have sleep. We personally didn’t eat there, food was avarsge.

Had a great stay! The staff was always ready to help. The room was very clean and it was a clean hotel overall. I liked how they had many different activities that we could do. The view was amazing. The room was bright and spacious the hotel grounds were beautiful and pleasing to look at. The view of the pool and the sea were amazing! For the price we paid for this hotel it was worth it, there were a couple of occasions when we went out for an evening meal because the food was not appetising. Breakfast could have done with more of a selection of croissants and danish pastries and fresh fruit salads. Otherwise, we were welcomed by a midnight buffet on the night of our arrival and we were given complimentary late checkout. We loved the friendly cats and dogs, the place would not have been the same without them!

Great hotel. Very clean, receptionist are super helpful if you need anything. The entertainment team is great, different activities each day very energetic knows how to get people involved. The only downside I would say is the food very bland and repetitive, we ate out most times.

Excellent from start to finish I loved it The staff so good and polite from the reception to the dinning area and all around the resort The food was so good and fresh and different variety everyday Also the have a burger and pizza place which is opened during the day The pool was so clean and the deck chairs excellent condition My room was cleaned daily I had all inclusive They let me use all the facilities after check out aswell as my flight was later on in the evening I would recommend this And I would definatley book again Once again Thankyou for your hospitality

Could be better.

Pros: 1) Close to Bodrum centre and harbour. 2) Staff are generally helpful and friendly. Cons: 1) Several dogs roam freely everywhere in the hotel including the restaurant, lobby and beach. 2) Needs such as towels, slippers and water are not regularly met in the room. 3) The quality of the food is low and flavourless.
