Yılbaşını Bodrum'da geçirmek istediğimizden kışın gittik, klimaları yeterli ısıtıyor,çalışanları kibar ve ilgililer. kahvaltısı ve odası fiyat performans olarak çok iyi, sezonda da görüşmek üzere.

Fotos engañosas y los comemtarios posotivos sospecho están manipulados muchos de ellos por el propio personal. Piscina vacía, suciedad y dejadez en general, falta de ropa de cama (sin mantas para el frio), ruidos, accesibilidad a las habitaciones con poca luz o ninguna algún día. Nos ofrecieron parking diciendo era del hotel con la excusa que dejarlo delante del hotel mejor que no y el último día, cargando las maletas, nos viene a decir que hemos de pagar el parkíng y además de todas las noches cuando no todas lo dejamos en ese parking lo que te sientes estafado, no es la cantidad en si. Te ponen fotos de varios servicios, todo muy cuidado y limpio y después nada de eso. Mi reseña pública ha sido muy negativa y las que hay positivas en la web hacen que caigas en el engaño.

Bien pour l’emplacement uniquement

L’emplacement est magnifique, pied dans l’eau Par contre il faut revoir le nettoyage des chambres et le confort des transats sur la plage. Le petit-déjeuner a été le même pendant une semaine, pas de fruits, rien. J’ai du insister pour qu’ont nettoie ma chambre. C’est vraiment dommage pour établissement dotée d’un emplacement pareil.

Otel konum ve dış görünüş olarak heycan verici. Fakat iç donanım çok eski ve karanlık renkler kullanılmış.(Fayanslar ve Havlular kahverengi!) Sezon dışı gitmemize rağmen ücretli otoparka yönlendirilmemiz hiç etik değildi. Odanın lavabosu girdiğimizde tıkalıydı. Sonradan gelip açtılar. manzarası güzel. Kahvaltısı vasattı.

Konumu sahili gerçektende mükemmeldi. Odaların balkonu olması içerisinin dizaynı gerçekten çok güzeldi. Çarşaflar temizdi ama tek bir tane standart yastık vardı. Odanın genel temizliği çok iyi değildi. Yerde başka birine ait toka bulduk girince. Birde çift kişilik yatak seçmistik ama iki tane tek kişilik yatağı birlestirmislerdi, bu açıdan konforsuzdu. Genel olarak söyleyebileceğim artıları ve eksileri vardı. Ama bizim beklentimiz çok yüksek olmadığı icin ufak detaylar dışında memnun kaldık.

ilk girişten itibaren sıkıntılar başladı elamanlar acemi kaldığımız odada makina gürültüsü vardı odadaki dolapta 3-4 parça giyim eşyası unuttuk defalarca aramamıza rağmen kinse dönüş yapmadı ilgi sıfır otele dönüp eşyalarımızı sorduk unutulan eşya dolapları bile yok resepsiyonun arkasına bir paket atmışlar oraya bakın dediler karışık ve düzensiz bir otel. çok otellerdede konaklamış biri olarak hiç memnun kalmadım.

Hayal kırıklığı

Daha önce iki defa gittiğimiz otele aynı hizmet umarak tekrar gittik ve yeni işletmenin hizmetinden hayal kırıklığına uğradık. Deniz manzaralı odamız saat 2:00’de hazır olacağı söylenmesine rağmen akşam 6:30’a kadar odamıza giremedik. Müdüre hanım bu sorunu çözmede yetersizdi. daha sonra odamızın tam olarak temizlenmediğini ve içinde sigara içilerek sigara izmaritlerinin yerde olduğunu gördük ikaz etmemize rağmen iki gün orada kaldılar. Odamız düzenli olarak temizlenmedi. resepsiyonu arayarak temizletmek zorunda kaldık. resepsiyondaki çalışan bayan çok nazik değildi. Kahvaltı tam bir fiyasko idi. Sadece beğendiğimiz ve denizi ve orada çalışan Zeynep hanım ve eşinin hizmetleriydi.

Peaceful relaxing hotel w delightful caring staff

This hotel is located in a relaxed quiet bay . It's a short drive to Bodrum Castle. The atmosphere created by the serene views of the bay and the careful attention of the staff made my stay memorable. While there is a nearby beach, the property has a seaside wooden deck for relaxing and swimming. In the evening there are tables on the deck available for dining. The menu was limited which made the kitchen able to focus on the presentation and taste of the food. I loved my stay here and hope to come back once more this summer season

Gece saat 4.00te havuza gürültü çıkararak ( Bağrışma, yüksek sesli konuşma) giren insanlar, yarım saat boyunca ben söyleyene dek otel tarafından neden bilmem uyarılmadı. İnsanların sesleriyle uyandık gece yarısı. Beach hiç tatmin edici değildi. Arkadaşlarımızın duşu sorunluydu. Genel anlamda hayal kırıklığı idi.

Daha önceden konakladığımız ve çok memnun kaldığımız bir oteldi ancak bu sene el değiştirmiş. Misafirlerin gelecekteki potansiyel konuk olarak görme anlayışı ile hizmet vermek yerine; sezonu kurtarmak için ticari maksatla amaç edinmiş bir işletmeye dönmüş ne yazık ki. Kahvaltısı açık büfe memnun ediyor ancak kahvaltı alanından kalkarken aldığımız suları oda hesabına kestiler, sebep olarak 10:30u 15 dk geçmesi olarak belirtildi. Daha sonrasında plaj tarafında zaman zaman sipariş ücret ve dışardan gelenler için kiralanan şezlong ücretleri ile alakalı gerginlikler ve tartışmalara şahit olmak olumsuz bir durumdu bizim açımızdan. Bununla beraber pandemi sürecinde olmamız sebebiyle biten dezenfektan şişem için etrafta bulunan dezenfektanlardan doldurmayı rica ettiğimde malesef sadece elinize sıkabilirsiniz dediler. 30 ml şişe kimseyi batırmayacağı gibi tatil ortamında bulmanın zor olacağı ve sağlık tedbir amaçlı ricanın reddedilmesi de bizi üzmüştür. Onun dışında oda temizliği otelin konumu atmosferi güzel. Denizi de iskele seviyorsanız oldukça tatmin edici. Ancak bu işletme devam ettiği sürece yeniden gelmeyiz.
